Overview
Toss and Rhythm are essential to a good serve. In fact, Pancho Segura said a good toss is the “sine qua non of a good serve.” And Ellsworth Vines said, “If the toss goes wrong nothing else goes right.” I’m going to do my best to make sure you have good toss information and know how to find your favorite rhythm on the serve so you use as little effort as possible but get maximum results out of it.
Completing this course will help you:
- Understand how the toss fits into the serve motion
- Find your preferred rhythm on your serve
- Understand how others serve and why there are differences
- Make this normally complex motion much easier
