Overview
Learn the proper way your arm moves. Protect your shoulder and understand your wrist as you see the way the pros do it. These techniques are how pros can serve repeatably and so often while staying healthy. Remember above all else, make the motion natural and effortless, if we’re going to do this motion thousands of times, it’s better to be loose and relaxed. Smile, there is no need to overthink here.

Everyone. It’s important we all stay healthy in our motion and understand how our body is meant to move. All levels of players benefit here either by learning, gaining a different way to explain things, or even by having a new found appreciation for their favorite professional athlete. With this knowledge you will understand how our body moves on a proper serve motion. Feel free to share this with others.
