The Forehand is the main groundstroke of tennis and now you will have the knowledge to make yours consistent, effortless, repeatable, and natural. Technique is covered here using the best information from the past 100 years. You will have not just the technique knowledge, but the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind each component of the swing. It’s time to make your forehand the foundation of your groundstroke game that it is meant to be.
